I’m Sarah Neudorf, a holistic nutrition advocate, wellness coach, and the driving force behind Nourishing Pathways.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition with a concentration in Holistic Nutrition, and I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals transform their lives through mindful, balanced eating. As the owner of Nourishing Pathways, I combine scientific research with a whole-person approach to guide my clients toward sustainable, long-lasting lifestyle changes to reach their goals.
My passion for health began in childhood with a deep desire to help others. I’ve always been fascinated by cooking and the science behind food, which naturally guided me toward the medical field in my early studies. However, my perspective shifted dramatically after being introduced to a holistic approach to wellness—a turning point that felt like the missing piece in my quest to understand true, whole-person health.
Shortly after having my first child, I was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. This life-altering experience compelled me to dive wholeheartedly into nutrition as I navigated my own healing journey. Through my fight with cancer, I became acutely aware of how daunting it can be to overhaul your eating habits—especially when you’re unsure what to buy at the grocery store or what foods you can actually enjoy. I remember the anxiety of standing in the produce aisle, wondering if I was choosing the right foods to support my recovery.
Witnessing firsthand the transformative power of food to support healing, I realized I wanted to help others navigate these same challenges. That realization drove me to change course and pursue a degree in Nutrition with a concentration in Holistic Nutrition. Today, as a cancer survivor and holistic nutrition advocate, I’m committed to showing others the remarkable results that a balanced, nourishing lifestyle can achieve. My goal is to be a trusted guide for anyone feeling overwhelmed by the prospect of altering their diet, offering practical guidance on meal planning, grocery shopping, and finding joy in healthy eating—no matter where they’re starting from.
Rooted in my own experiences—especially during my cancer journey—I understand the fears and uncertainties that come with changing your diet or lifestyle. I believe in meeting people where they are with compassion and understanding. I’m dedicated to providing individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to take charge of their own health. By focusing on education and practical strategies, I help clients feel confident in their decisions and capable of creating meaningful change. True wellness involves the entire person—body, mind, and spirit. I combine evidence-based nutritional science with a more expansive view of well-being that nurtures mental resilience and emotional balance.

Working alongside a Doctor of Chiropractic as a Chiropractic Assistant and Front Desk Receptionist, I gained firsthand experience guiding patients to better health with compassion and empathy. This role taught me the value of integrative care and the importance of addressing each person’s unique needs.
My background combines traditional medical insights with a whole-person approach to well-being. I believe in addressing the root causes of health challenges, not just the symptoms, and strive to support clients physically, emotionally, and mentally through customized holistic wellness plans.
Having walked my own path to better health, I understand how overwhelming lifestyle changes can feel. That’s why I’m dedicated to equipping my clients with clear, actionable steps—from meal planning to navigating grocery store aisles—always rooted in compassion and genuine understanding.
